The 60-second Vibecheck
Check your vibe.
SomaCheck uses sensors in your phone to give your body a voice.
SomaCheck is in early access on TestFlight. We send invites out in small batches.
Private by default. Your check-ins are yours, and nobody else's.
What we measure
Small movements.
Honest signals.
Most tools ask how you feel. SomaCheck watches how you move. A brief, everyday gesture carries subtle signals of wellbeing: steadiness, rhythm, timing, effort. We turn them into a voice for the unconscious.
Steadiness
How quiet your hand is when it holds still.
Rhythm
Whether the movement keeps an even pace.
Timing
How readily the gesture starts and settles.
Effort
How much work the movement seems to take.
How a Vibecheck works
Check. See. Integrate.
Check
A short, embodied gesture on your phone. No questionnaire, no scoring.
See
Your own trend, learned from you over time. Never compared to anyone else.
Integrate
When you’re out of alignment, one small practice to come back to yourself.
Novel signals
New wellbeing signals, from a phone you already own.
- No wearable, no extra hardware. Just your phone.
- A personal baseline: your trend is learned from you, over time.
- A reflection, not a verdict. You decide what it means.
SomaCheck is a general-wellness tool. It doesn’t diagnose, detect, or treat anything, and it never replaces care from your doctor or care team.

The science
Somatic intelligence over mental narrative.
The mind loves to tell stories, rehash the past, and plan the future. The body exists strictly in the present moment. Being your body means tuning into its immediate, non-verbal language: the subtle shift in heart rate, the tightness in the shoulders, the expansive feeling of a deep breath. That is where intelligence lives. The body knows faster than conscious thought.
SomaCheck asks you to move your arm. That motion is the practice. Noticing your body in that moment is the practice. SomaCheck just gives the gesture a mirror, so what your body already knew becomes something you can see.

What experts say
People who study the body, and lead with it.
“Sensie has become an essential part of my daily ritual, whether I'm leading a team through the intensity of a restaurant service or navigating the complexity of large-scale events. It helps me and my team tune in, align, and operate from a place of clarity and flow.”

“Sensie is potentially the biggest breakthrough in human psychology since Sigmund Freud.”

“Having spent nearly 20 years doing academic and medical research on brains and behavior, I believe the Sensie team and technology will empower each of us to be responsible for our own wellness.”

Quotes reflect experience with Sensie, the technology behind SomaCheck. They are personal views, not clinical claims.
