These terms apply when you use the SomaCheck app and this website. Please read them, and reach out if anything is unclear.
Using SomaCheck
You need to be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your login details to yourself, use the app for your own wellbeing, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or resell the service. You may stop using SomaCheck and delete your account at any time.
General wellness, not medical care
SomaCheck is a general-wellness tool. It does not diagnose, detect, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for care from your doctor or care team. Never delay seeking professional advice because of something you see in the app. If you feel unwell or unsafe, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.
Your content and your data
You keep ownership of your check-ins and anything you write in the app. You grant us permission to process that content only to provide and improve the service. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep SomaCheck available and accurate, but the service is provided as is and may change, pause, or be discontinued. We may update features, or these terms, and will note the date of the latest revision above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SomaCheck is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, or for decisions you make based on what the app reflects back to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
