Help for the SomaCheck app and for the vibecheck MCP connector used by AI agents. A vibecheck returns an Aligned or Unaligned signal plus confidence, with the person's consent, as context for reflection. It is not truth, diagnosis, authorization, approval, or a decision. The person remains the authority.

Please include the host you use (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex), your iOS version, and the time of the check-in you are asking about. Do not send passwords, tokens, or health records. For a team, practice, or program, use the pilot request form.
Getting the app
SomaCheck for iOS is in TestFlight early access, so there is no public App Store listing yet. Request access on the get the app page. If a TestFlight invite does not arrive, check the spam folder for the address you signed up with, then contact support so we can check the request.
Connecting an agent
The hosted connector endpoint is https://mcp.somacheck.com/functions/v1/mcp and it authorizes with OAuth. Step by step setup for each host is in the hosted MCP guide.
- Add the connector in your host, then complete the sign in window. The connection is not finished until you approve it in that window.
- Use the same SomaCheck account in the app and the sign-in window so requests and results stay tied to the account you expect.
- Sign in to the SomaCheck app on your phone at least once before connecting, so the account exists.
Reconnecting after an error
If the agent reports that it is unauthorized, that a tool is unavailable, or that a check-in timed out, reconnect from a clean state.
- Unlink the agent in the SomaCheck app to stop future access for that connection.
- Remove the connector in the host, then add it again and sign in.
- Confirm you are using the full endpoint from the hosted MCP guide: https://mcp.somacheck.com/functions/v1/mcp.
- If a request is pending, open SomaCheck and look for it before it expires.
- If the host caches tools, restart it so it reads the current tool list from the server.
Phone notifications
An agent request reaches you as a notification on your phone. If nothing arrives, check these in order.
- iOS Settings, Notifications, SomaCheck: allow notifications, and turn on Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners.
- Turn off Focus, Do Not Disturb, and Scheduled Summary for SomaCheck, or add SomaCheck as an allowed app.
- Confirm the phone has a network connection.
- Open iOS Settings to allow SomaCheck notifications, confirm you are signed into the same account used for the connector, then ask the agent to create a fresh request.
- The approved agent can see that its request is pending or expired even if you do not complete it. If you complete it, the agent may also receive Aligned or Unaligned, model confidence, response timing, and separately authorized feedback. Raw motion never reaches the agent or an external model provider.
Data, revocation, and deletion
Raw motion never reaches an AI agent or external model provider; optional gesture diagnostics are described in the Privacy Policy. An approved agent can send a bounded statement and receives an opaque request ID plus request and delivery status. If you complete the check-in, it may also receive Aligned or Unaligned, model confidence, response timing, and separately authorized feedback. You can delete your account in Profile → Delete Account. SomaCheck is a general-wellness tool. It doesn’t diagnose, detect, or treat anything, and it never replaces care from your doctor or care team.
